The Spiral Love Heart is one of the most iconic shapes I came up with when designing "figurals" for my wooden jigsaw puzzles, first appearing in a puzzle I made in 2002.

In late 2013 I decided to revisit my love of metal shapes and eventually designed a set of Spiral Love Heart earrings. I finalized this design in Adobe Illustrator and from the design created a file of instructions used to drive an industrial laser to cut the hearts. The hearts require quite a bit of manual dry and wet sanding by me to get the look shown here. The Heart is made of stainless steel and the earring hook is made of titanium, designed to be as allergy free as possible.

The earrings are extremely lightweight and initial feedback has been very good. There is no pulling on the ear.

The Spiral Love Heart earrings were offered at $60 a pair.
