Puzzle #122 - Initial Traits
The actual puzzle has nice rich colors, not the faded ones shown here
A great way to ask the loving question: Will you marry me?
This puzzle was designed by Shil to give to his girlfriend Amy. The words on the left side are made from his last name "Kothari", and the words on the right hand side are made from her last name "Veres", thus the derivation of the title of the puzzle "Initial Traits".
#122 Keywords with a helpful hint for the answer
When Shil gave the puzzle as a gift, he withheld six pieces, causing an empty space to eventually form in the lower center of the puzzle. The next five pieces with the words "Amy Will You Marry Me" were then "found" by Shil and given to Amy. After these pieces were joyously assembed, the final piece "yes" remained to be inserted (see picture, top).
This puzzle was challenging to put together due to the extensive areas of similar background.
I'm happy to say, as of the time of my posting this webpage, the couple are now engaged.
