This is the 74th Custom Puzzle Craft wooden jigsaw puzzle to be offered in my ongoing 100 Puzzles Project of almost-monthly auctions.

This puzzle features a print from the Poker Playing Dogs series by the late K. Chin, an artist I frequently feature in the Project. The name "Poker Playing Dogs - The Big Bet!" is my name, the print did not have a name.

This is the fourth and last "Poker Playing Dogs" print in a series of four that I planned to auction within the project.

This puzzle was cut in my Long Round cutting style and includes my standard signature piece (signed, dated and numbered on the back) and a second piece (one of the figurals) marked on the back indicating the puzzle belongs to the 100 Puzzles Project. As with the other puzzles in the series, Heart, Diamond, Spade and Club shaped figurals are included.

Friday 6:46 pm - Went to Mixed Media to look at a new computer and to pay rent. While I was there I prepared the board for puzzle #777, the 74th puzzle of the 100 Puzzles Project. I will mount the Poker Playing Dogs print for this puzzle this weekend and start cutting on Monday.

Monday 5:21 pm - Back to puzzle cutting for the first time this year. I started cutting #777, the last of the four K. Chin Poker Playing Dogs prints, this one I've named Poker Playing Dogs - The Big Bet. I worked on the puzzle for about five hours and cut about 180 pieces. I plan to finish the puzzle tomorrow and launch the auction for the puzzle this Friday as 100 Puzzles Project puzzle #74. I plan to work at a moderate pace this week, not in "Christmas Marathon" mode!

Tuesday 9:43 pm - Today I completed the first puzzle of the new year, #777 K. Chin's Poker Playing Dogs - The Big Bet!. I also prepared two small boards for the two K. Chin "mini" puzzles (#779 and #780). I plan to continue working on the backlog tomorrow.

Friday 7:03 pm - 100 Puzzles Project Auction #74 launched. Final piece count 327. This is the last of the K. Chin Poker Playing Dog prints. Now I need to decide what to do for the next few auctions as I want to take a break from K. Chin's works as far as the Project is concerned
